Pack Your Device

Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians verify the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
